We personalize our approach to satisfy and speak to your body, your mind, and your spirit. Working as a team of acupuncturists, doctors, nurses, massage therapists, and healers, together, we develop health protocols that are designed specifically for you. ​​

Meet our founder
Christine Pellegrino, M.S., L.Ac., is not only an esteemed licensed acupuncturist, she is the founder, owner and director of Pellegrino Healing Center. After seeing a dramatic increase in need and demand for her healing services, Christine took initiative and expanded her private practice into a multifunctional health and wellness facility. Acupuncture, integrative cancer care and medicine, massage therapy, guided meditation classes, a Himalayan salt cave, and energy healing, are among the many services and therapies Christine has weaved into the fabric that is Pellegrino Healing Center. Her creativity is highlighted by the beautiful and restorative space she has created for her patients and staff members.

Christine's background in healthcare and alternative medicine is on the cutting edge of holistic care; she continues to conduct research, attend educational seminars, and collaborate with other members of the medical community in order to maintain the most up-to-date and advanced holistic practices and technology. With her drive, intuition and management skills, Christine has built a diverse team of healers, who altogether bring a great deal of knowledge, skill, and quality holistic care to the Hudson Valley.
Christine has been honored with many awards including the Woman of Distinction Award in 2019 for the development of the Pellegrino Healing Center Cancer Care Program, the 40 Under 40 Movers and Shakers Award in 2021, an award given to Hudson Valley professionals under the age of 40 for being role models in their community and for embodying the greatest talent in their industry. Christine also won the prestigious ATHENA Award in 2022, given to a member of the Hudson Valley community who best embodies the ATHENA Leadership Model - strong, successful leaders. Pellegrino Healing Center was voted "Best Acupuncture in the Hudson Valley" by Hudson Valley Magazine in 2022. In 2023, Christine was honored with the "Women in Business Award" from Hudson Valley Magazine. COMMUNITY
Pellegrino Healing Center believes in supporting our local community through hosting community clinics, partnering strategies, and our work in the Hyde Park and Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce.

We support veterans by having developed an individualized program to help empower veterans in health and wellness. For example, we've seen a significant reduction of PTSD symptoms in veterans after acupuncture and massage therapy, both physically and psychologically. Learn more about our veteran care here.

Pellegrino Healing Center aims to foster a nurturing environment that facilitates growth and learning for youth in our community. We have hosted interns through the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce Workforce Connections Program, The Chamber Foundation Youth One Stop Program, and the Marist College Internship Program.
