Colon HydroTherapy Contraindications
People with certain medical conditions should not undergo colon hydrotherapy unless given approval from and/or by prescription from their physician. These conditions include the following:

Dialysis

Renal Insufficiency/Failure

Cardiac Disease:
For example: Uncontrolled hypertension. The procedure may predispose at risk patients to an increased cardiac risk such as blood pressure shifts​​​

Pregnancy
Contraindicated- until postpartum 6 weeks for vaginal birth and 8 weeks for c-section ​​

Surgery
Recent abdominal surgery contraindicated until 6 weeks post
Bowel surgery: 8 weeks post

Patients taking certain medications are not eligible for this service due to the increased risk of complications associated with potentially weakened intestinal walls:
