I agree to purchase the 3 + 1 free, introductory sauna package for the 30-minute infrared sauna sessions, which comes to a total of $105. This package includes four 60-minute individual infrared sauna sessions for the price of three, at Pellegrino Healing Center.

I understand that if I should change my mind about buying this package before coming in for my next appointment, I will be granted a credit to my account, not a refund, and Pellegrino Healing Center will keep 10% for administrative fees.

I understand that this package and services purchased under this package are non-transferable to any other person or entity.
