SALT CAVE FAQ

If you plan to use the infrared sauna as well, please schedule your salt cave session first, and use infrared sauna afterwards.

Please arrive to your halotherapy session 10-15 minutes prior to your session start time. This will allow you to check in and get comfortable before the session starts.

Halotherapy sessions are 45 minutes long. If you are running late please call to let us know and we will advise you of your options. We may need to reschedule your session for a later time/day.

Wearing comfortable clothing will help you to relax. We ask that you take your shoes off before entering the salt room. We recommend wearing white socks.

The salt cave is kept between 68 and 70 degrees. During colder months, this can feel quite chilly, so please dress accordingly. Blankets are provided to help you stay warm.

Please be mindful of others that may be in the session with you, and leave bright lights and loud noises outside of the salt cave.

All you have to do is sit or lie back in a zero-gravity chair and breathe deeply. Micro-particles of Himalayan salt are dispersed into the room while you relax, sleep, or meditate.

It is important to drink water after each session. No food or beverages are allowed in the cave.

We suggest that you leave all personal items in your car. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

If you have a pre-existing health condition, please consult with your physician before attending a salt session.
